How is bus fare decided?

A

Bus fares vary depending on the departure date, destinations, the purpose of the trip (a student discount, disabled discount).

The peak seasons are from May to October, and the off seasons are from November to April. However it depends whether it is weekday or holiday. The best deal is weekday off-season.

What is included and is not included in the bus fee?

A

Included in the Tour Fare:
bus fare, gasoline cost, charge of crews.

Not included in the tour fare:
Guide services, highway toll, parking fee, room charge for a crew
Extra fee in the case that passengers ask extra requests (for example: revision of contents on the day, etc.)

How is equipment for bus?

A

Standard equipment for sightseeing bus are the following: TV, VTR, refrigerator, car pot、karaoke、reclining seat、luggage room, etc.

Classification by bus size:
Minibus: The numbers of passengers are 10 to 20 persons.
Small-sized bus: Vehicle length is under 7 meters, or the numbers of passengers are equal to or less than less than 25.
Middle-sized bus: Vehicle length is between 7 and 9 meters, or the numbers of passengers are between 26 and 38.
Motorcoach: Vehicle length is more than 9 meters, or the numbers of passengers are between 39 and 60.

How is insurance for sightseeing bus?

A

The bus company has obtained permission to do business from the Transportation Bureau, so it is necessary for passengers to be enrolled in an insurance plan.

You should enroll at least in the following insurances:
Bodily injury liability insurance: unlimited
Property insurance: unlimited

Is the guided tour available?

A

Generally, motorcoach tour will be along with a guide.

However, a guide may not be available in such cases: pickup for a short time, pickup at night, transportation to and from airport, etc.
If you really request a guide in the microbus or midsize bus, a guide will be available separately.

Is it possible to ask you to prepare itinerary?

We offer flexibility with change of the itinerary after reservation.

However, in case of big changes, such as expanding driving range extremely, the tour fare may be changed. Cancellation charge is the following:

If notice of cancellation is received by us 15 days prior to the starting date of the tour: No Charge/ If notice of cancellation is received by us 14 days to 8 days prior to the starting date of the tour: 20% of the tour fare/ If notice of cancellation is received by us 7 days to 1 day prior to the starting date of the tour: 30% of the tour fare/ If notice of cancellation is received by us prior to the starting time of the tour.: 50% of the tour fare
